Device description

Triple-Level Terminal Block

Terminal block with three vertically arranged connection levels for compact organization of multiple circuits or potentials.

A triple-level terminal block contains three electrical connection levels in one housing and can significantly increase installation density on a DIN rail.

Each level may be used for a separate electrical potential or may perform its own functional role.

The level configuration may include phase, neutral, protective, signal, and other specified functions.

Important design parameters include the number of potentials on each level, pitch between levels, number of connection points, and functional sequence of the levels.

Individual levels may be electrically independent, may have an integrated equipotential connection, or may support vertical bridging.

For identification of complex circuits, each level may have its own marking position.

Selection criteria include current and voltage of each level, permitted conductor sizes, functional configuration, horizontal and vertical bridging capabilities, and accessibility of all connection points.
