Device description

Programmable Time Switch

Time switch with extended memory and configurable programs for automatic load switching.

A programmable time switch allows user-defined programs for automatic control of one or more output channels to be created and stored.

A program may include fixed switching times, pulse events, weekday groups, calendar date ranges, exceptions, and other functions depending on the capabilities of the specific device.

Advanced models may support special programs, configuration backup and transfer, external control inputs, remote commands, and access-code protection of settings.

The device may include a display with text menus, event memory, and programming without mains supply.

Selection criteria include number of channels, number of program memory locations, supported program types, editing and transfer operations, clock power reserve, and additional interfaces.
