Industrial client terminal for remote display and operation of HMI, CNC, or other applications running on a server, IPC, or controller.
An industrial thin client does not execute the main process application locally but provides the operator with a session of an application running on another device. It enables centralized software, data, and administration while retaining a local operator interface.
Important characteristics include supported remote-desktop and visualization protocols, session count, codecs, display resolution, monitor count, network interfaces, USB, and HID devices.
