EV Charging Energy Meter
Electrical meter for measuring energy, power, and other parameters of an EV charging point or charging session.
An EV energy meter measures the electrical energy consumed by an electric vehicle during charging.

For commercial billing, accuracy class, certification, MID execution, or other market-specific requirements are important.
The meter may transmit measured values to EVSE, a controller, EMS, or backend through digital interfaces.
Selection criteria include number of phases, current-measurement arrangement, accuracy, communication interface, tariff requirements, and charging-system integration.
