DC Fast Charger
High-power DC charging station that converts grid energy and directly supplies regulated direct current to the electric-vehicle battery.
A DC fast charger contains its own AC/DC power converters and controls charging directly on the high-voltage battery side of the vehicle.
Communication with the vehicle is used to coordinate voltage, current, permissible power, and battery state.
