Audio-Visual Signal Device
Combined device for visual and audible alarm, warning, or information signaling.
An audio-visual signal device combines a light source and acoustic generator in one enclosure. Depending on the design, the two outputs may operate together, independently, or according to synchronized patterns.
Selection includes optical and acoustic characteristics, independent control of the outputs, synchronized operation, signal triggering methods, supply voltage, and environmental conditions.
The device is used where both visibility and audibility of status or alarm information are required.
