DIN Rail RJ45 Socket
Modular RJ45 network interface intended for DIN rail installation and interconnection of Ethernet lines inside a cabinet.
A DIN rail RJ45 socket is used as a passive connection point or feed-through Ethernet interface in distribution and automation cabinets.
The module may be shielded or unshielded and may support standard twisted-pair wiring schemes.
Keystone-based versions allow the network module to be replaced independently of the DIN housing.
For shielded lines, shield continuity and the method of shield bonding are important.
Selection criteria include network category, number of ports, shielding, T568A/T568B wiring schemes, contact count, and permitted DC pass-through where applicable.
DIN rail RJ45 sockets, couplers, and Keystone modules for Ethernet in automation cabinets.
