Heavy-Duty Rectangular Connector
Multi-pole heavy-duty rectangular connector for rapid connection of power, control, signal and communication harnesses in machinery.
A heavy-duty rectangular connector provides a modular, serviceable interface between a cable or harness and a machine, cabinet or process module.
A typical system comprises a hood/housing, contact insert or multiple modules, retention hardware and cable entry. Modular systems can combine power, signal, data, pneumatic or other media in one interface when supported by the product family.
Mating halves are retained by levers, latches, screws or another coupling mechanism. Housing size and insert family must be mechanically compatible.
Selection should consider connector size, number and type of contacts, module configuration, rated current and voltage, PE, IP rating, housing material, locking method, cable-entry thread and industrial environmental requirements.
Heavy-duty rectangular and modular connectors for machines, robotics and industrial cabinets.
