Accessory for applying a seal or sealing wire to detect unauthorized access or changes to a device setting.
A sealing accessory allows a cover, operating element, adjustment or another part of a device to be secured with a tamper-evident seal.
It does not necessarily provide a strong mechanical lock, but it gives clear visual evidence of access or tampering.
The geometry of the sealing hole or channel limits the maximum diameter of the sealing wire or cable that can be used.
